A Chance Meeting
Back in 2018, our team at Allen Patterson Builders had the joy of building a custom home for a wonderful family in the beautiful neighborhood the Islands of Beaufort. We poured our hearts into that house, the way we do with every home we build. Then, as life goes, that family eventually moved on and sold the home to new owners in 2025 (in a bidding war!).
Our Marketing and Sales Director, Jodie Miller, happened to cross paths with the home’s new owners. What started as friendly small talk quickly turned into one of those goosebump moments. The minute the couple realized Jodie worked for Allen Patterson Builders, their faces lit up.
“You build for Allen Patterson?” they asked, practically beaming. “We have been dying to meet Allen! We absolutely LOVE our home!”
