Luxury Home Renovation

Allen Patterson Builders, a NAHB Certified Master Builder based in Beaufort, South Carolina, and a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Network since 2012, completed a luxury home renovation in Habersham, South Carolina, in collaboration with Moser Design Group. The homeowners wanted to elevate the home’s kitchen and adjoining living spaces while preserving the architectural character of the Habersham community.

The renovation reimagined the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, transforming the kitchen into a chef-caliber space anchored by two soapstone-topped islands, custom slate-blue cabinetry, a Wolf professional range, and brass pendant lighting. Moser Design Group produced the architectural drawings, and Allen Patterson Builders executed the full scope of construction.
