This custom built home was awarded The 2015 Light House Award for Best Overall New Home. This new home was constructed for Robert and Lydia Mondavi and has been showcased on the Mondavi Home Collection website and in South, Atlanta Homes and Robb Report Home & Style magazines. Rob and Lydia Mondavi wanted to incorporate their love of the wine country with the LowCountry style. Allen Patterson Residential combined design excellence with quality workmanship to craft a home to meet the exacting standards of the Mondavi family. Together, we incorporated numerous specialty designed products, including reclaimed wine barrels into the home to make a home that would be uniquely Mondavi.
