Hoover Plantation
Hoover Plantation is located on acres of manicured Quail Fields located outside Beaufort, SC. Allen Patterson Builders partnered with Andrew Howard to remodel a 1980’s Plantation House to provide the perfect entertaining venue for family and friends. New custom Marvin Signature Ultimate Triple-Hung Windows replaced large wood double hung windows and 2-1/4″ thick sapele doors brought a historic look to a timeless Home. New Kitchen, Remodeled 1st Floor, Conversion of the Ground Floor to a new Guest Suite. Two Three Car Garages flanking the Pool are now additional Guest Rooms and a Bar.
