This Allen Patterson Builders remodeling project was a complete transformation of a tired 1970’s beach condo. The entire 2-bedroom condo was stripped to the shell. Doors and windows were removed and replaced. Ceilings were scraped, all flooring was removed and the walls were reconfigured. The kitchen was opened up by removing the existing walls. This transformed beachfront condo home earned Allen Patterson the prestigious Light House Award from the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association.
