Nestled peacefully back from the road, with views of Huspah Creek, the exterior of this home was constructed using both vertical and horizontal boards and a red metal roof, in the classic Southern style.  Old brick was used on the steps and foundation peeks to add to the old world charm.  The highlight of the home has to be the gorgeous reclaimed heart pine floors, painstakingly saved from the Old Crow Distillery in Kentucky.  These blend beautifully with the homeowners antiques. Other outstanding features include the living room with a vaulted beamed ceiling and fireplace, accented by a wood beam mantel.  For the custom kitchen, Allen Patterson Builders crafted beadboard panels, custom cabinets, hardwood floors and beamed ceiling.  The tile work in the bathrooms was expertly finished to complement  the recycled floors.
