This home remodeling project involved the expertise of Allen Patterson Builders to use existing space and salvaging original beams to maintain the classic unique feel throughout. The basement floors were ground to level the five different height along with repairing the brick foundation. Hallways and doors were expanded to make the house more spacious and handicap accessible. An additional room was added to create separate newly-remodeled kitchen and laundry room. These renovations fashioned a flow through the house with natural light engulfing the interior.
