Allen Patterson Builders built this fully custom home in Oldfield which is truly at the epicenter of the Lowcountry. HABERSHAM
This Lowcountry cottage is an example of our cost-effective custom homes that boasts an impressive master suite complete with large walk-in closet and office. The kitchen, dining and living area is an open concept and features lots of windows. The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite tops, stainless appliances and a walk-in pantry. A sitting area at the top of the stairs flows to the two additional bedrooms.

We created this beautiful Lowcountry home with a first floor master suite with a spacious walk-in closet, master bath with dual sinks, large shower and bath. Included on the first floor is the laundry room, dining room, office, and a spacious kitchen that opens into the great room. There are two bedrooms with jack and jill bath upstairs. A covered front porch and screen in back porch are pleasant extras to this home.
